Hi!
I’m currently doing my second dose of prazi on my DT.
I dosed 25 hours ago, and I have one fish now twitching (I’m assuming irritated from the prazi), and well as general tension in the tank. And a little cloudy.
All to be expected as far as I know.. my question is, should I be topping up the water with fresh water while dosing?

I don’t want to lower the strength of the medicine, but I also don’t want it to be over dosing as water evaporates..

I generally have a closed top system,
But when dosing prazi I open the lids and pump oxygen in.

(I also have coppersafe running together. I know it can contribute to the cloudiness, but haven’t had any major issues beyond that in the past)

You should always top off. Salinity needs to be kept in the right range and its extremely important since you are running copper
