Just a thought about the stand, You mentioned the stand being able to support 1400lbs.... Just the tank alone being a 120g, water weighs ~10lbs/G = 1200lbs and the LiveRock, you should have a minimum of 120lbs (i would recomend 180lbs) Plus the canopy, Lights, Sump weight, Skimmers and accessories FISH ETC.... your looking somewheres closer to 1550-1650lbs, wich is according to your estimation a bit over capacity. The last thing we want to see is a crashing tank due to structural integtrity.
Dont get me wrong that stand is second to none. It looks AWESOME and kudos to the cabinetmaker :P I love the magnet removable sides, You can tell this was not his first tank stand. But in my opinion, it doesnt look sturdy enough (as pointed out by others). OH, And a second note, The fact that the stand is directly on the wood floor, you will most likely get divots or dimples from the weight of the tank pushing down on the hardwood digging the feet into the hardwood floor. :P
