Timeless Corals Feedback

Has anyone bought from Timeless corals before. I read some reviews that were positive so i did try them out. I totally regret it. It is the worst experience i have only had buying corals from a vendor or company before.

I originally ordered on september 15,2022
sent multiple emails trying to confirm the shipping date. I thought it was received

The company responded that they would look into my order on 22nd and call me but no call no response no nothing
Come September 24 or 25th when it was suppose to come, no delivery no corals no nothing. The email stated it was ready and to contact them.

I had to contact this business multiple times and reach out on instagram where he finally answers and i ask about my order. He says he will ship it out and i will get tracking.
I dont get tracking the next day or that evening. No corals the next day. He cant give me the tracking but gives me a screenshot about a delay because the address is incorrect.

He does give me a credit or discount code but when i reach out to use it since the site discount code isnt working and i want these mushrooms he had on the site. I reach out to him multiple times and responds he will check the shop this monday and get back to me. No response after that, followed up on tuesday and wednesday. No response.

Had to request my money back through my credit card. I have all the email and correspondence about not receiving my order and conversations. I dont want to have to keep following up with this company or owner to get what i have already paid for. By far the worst company i have had to deal with and my 1st negative experience from a vendor and even buying corals from other reefers.

Please stay away and learn from my experience

If anyone is interested i do have screenshots and conversations on instagram. As of right now it shows he is active on instagram but does not respond to my messages and inquiry.
He use to be a vendor i thought on r2r since i saw feedback on timeless but not sure what happened. If anyone knows, message me.

I only bought one goni on the site, it arrives good, idk if others are ok or not but yeah such things happen just like 2GC.

Just wanted to update this thread. The actual owner of the company messaged me after seeing this post. My previous experience was due to a negligent employee who is no longer there and he called me up and had a conversation. The owner really did me a solid in sending me a box of corals at his expense because of my experience. I received a couple of acro mini colonies and a beautiful master torch that is super bright. It was a good overall experience and the most important thing is the owner made it right when he did not have to. My second experience was very seamless and he communicated well throughout the process and before we even discussed about my order. With my actual experience being overall positive i would highly recommend timeless corals again. The torch that he sent me is hard to even believe how bright and healthy it is. It is such an amazing specimen and i wanted to update this feedback just in case anyone wanted to look for feedback in regards to this company. I will be doing a future order when i find some thing i can get my hands on. His torches, especially the tigers go quick! Thank you again
