I'm not sure if you are looking for suggestions but I would replace inert gravel with a nutrient rich substrate then cap with sand.....replace fake plants with live (probably anubius, java fern, bolbitis...due to the low light levels, surface plants, and lack of Co2) , reduce some of the floaters, and add a CUC. I like the selection of fish, the floaters (great for removing nutrients from the water column) and the emerged house plant (also great for removing nutrients).
