I’ve had this toadstool for roughly 2 years, no problems with it. Opening up big, flowy. Around 2 months ago, stopped opening up.

My tank is 2 years old. And its stable. I send icp tests every few months. I do automatic water changed everyday 1%. I dose afr, and redsea alk.

Any idea what it could be? Lighting the same, and flow the same. I thought toadstools are hard to kill? Doesnt seem the case in my tank. Attached pic for my tank below. U can see everything thriving

Could be a pest or disease. Anything new in tank lately?
Could also be a fish problem.

Fish decided to have a snack?

Toadstools seem to hate me. I have the same issue. They open and then magically stop and slowly die. I have a tang that picks at it but I never saw it do that when it was actually open. It is a sail fin that does it and it looks like you have one. Maybe keep an eye on him.

Tank looks densely packed – especially for how young it is.

Flow usually suffers a lot between and behind corals after they're grown out – a flow adjustment or improvement is often called for.

Very unlikely "same" is as good now as when the corals were all new.

Seems good. Check flow. Toadstools love strong flow.
