Hello all. Posting here for all to see my new hobby, to help out and watch it grow. Here are some pics of my new tank. About 12 days into the cycle.... Check it out
It's a 46g Bowfront with about 35-40 lbs of Rock. Have a HOB Auquaclear 110 (not really needed) and an Octp Classic 1000-HOB skimmer.

Day 1: Tank after it cleared up.

Day 12: Noticing some yellow stuff and some bugs.

Day 13: Did some green hair scrubbing, some rearrangement.

Tank update! Added some Clowns, they seem to love their new paradise. Starting to notice some color on the white rocks, a hint of purple! Seems to be coming along better than expected.

I think you'll like the aquaclear. good mechanical filter and a place for carbon or gfo if ya need em.

What light are you running. Got coral plans?

I have the Current Orbit Marine Pro LEDs... All I use in the Auquaclear is some filter floss that I change out every 2-3 days. What's GFO? Lol

granular ferric oxide. a Po reducer. some folks run it just because. I keep it around in case of emergency as it will pull some toxins and funk out.

What kinda coral are you aiming for?

Not sure yet what I wanna put in it... I'd like some zoas. Waiting for the tank to be a little more matured before I put in a BTA. Just gonna take it slow and see what happens.

If ya wanna donate some frags I'm open to that too. Haha
