SCIENTIFIC NAME - Amphiprion frenatus

COMMON NAME - Tomato Anemonefish (Tomato Clownfish)

SIZE - 5.5" (14 cm)

MIN. AQUARIUM SIZE - 30 US Gal. (114 L)

FOODS AND FEEDING - Varied diet of fresh, frozen, live, marine fare for omnivores, carnivores, herbivores. Feed min. 2 times a day.

REEF COMPATIBILITY - Excellent, however, may occasionally pull feather dusters from their shells.

CAPTIVE CARE - Very hardy and bold, captive bred specimens are extremely easy to keep in a captive system. May be docile when young but, as it matures can become very aggressive towards other anemone fish and more docile tank mates, if more than one is to be kept introduce as juveniles at same time, as the fish mature may need to cull down to only one per tank to keep the peace, larger tanks fare a better chance to keep more than one of these fish, associates with Bubbletip anemone (Entacmaea Quadricolor, and Leathery Sea Anemone (Heteractis Crispa). Can be maintained in a captive system without a host anemone.
