Too close for comfort?

As long as the anemone is not touching them they will be fine.
He touches them. The Zoa doesn’t seem to care... yet...

I’d just hate for chemical warfare to break out and get palyotoxin poisoning.

I would not really worry about palyotoxin poisoning. But you zoas that are getting touched will likely not grow at best and very possibly die.

Are my RBTA and Zoas too close together?

Can you move that Zoa rock away briefly? Or too much of a pain? That'd be my suggestion if possible.
My long tent wanders about quite often, and comes into contact with a few different species luckily no damage other than some mild irritations over the last year.... best of luck and hopefully Nem decides on a better spot.

Usually you can leave the zoas as most them aren’t bothered the anemones sting.
