Too much flow on the duncan?

Hello is this too much flow on my duncan and if so how can i fix it?

Its hard to judge flow in a pic, but in this pic the duncan is almost folded over from the flow. Ideally the coral should sway back and forth with the flow, it should not be a one way flow.

Flow looks fine but can it get enough light there? Just make sure light is moderate.
 
Its barely moving at all it can take more flow if you wanted. But I agree it looks like its in a weird spot where it might not get enough light.

It is getting enough light i just took this picture in the morning so the lights need to reach their peak. two ai primes on this 20 gal long and i had to dim them down cause it was killing my zoas when i put them in.
