Topping off biocube

Probably a stupid question with an easy answer out there somewhere, but I haven't found it!

I have a 28 gallon jbj cube. It has two pumps running in the back chambers, as is typical.

I'm wondering how everyone tops off these tanks. With the pumps running there's no obvious line to top off to, like I find in my other tanks, and with the pumps off the water line is different than when they're running.

Any one have a simple solution to this, please...

I fill mine in the overflow area and it works pretty well for smaller amounts

I have a float switch on a bracket connected to an aqualifter pump for automatic top offs.
