Torando Controller Mantis 10000L Err4

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Mantis/D-Tech 1000 skimmer controller. The touch buttons suddenly stopped responding. After running for a while, the controller automatically switches to the 10-minute feed mode (F-02) without me touching anything.

I tried powering the unit off and on, but when I restart it, the display shows ERR4 and the skimmer doesn’t resume normal operation.

Things I’ve tried so far:
– Power cycled the unit multiple times
– Checked and cleaned the touch panel
– Verified all cable connections and adapter

The issue persists. Has anyone experienced the same error code (ERR4)? What does ERR4 usually indicate on this controller? Any suggestions on how to fix it, or should I replace the control board?
