Torch Coral Help!!!!

Please help! My torch coral started to act unusual two days ago and started to sag and lose tentacles. I have never had problems with it for the two months that I have had it and now it looks like it is dying. The water chemistry is alright though. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would really appreciate it. I have attached some photos for reference.

do you think it's a disease? or does iodine help either way?

Iodine is my go to for issues similar to this. My torches retract on occasion but for a couple days is longer than i would be comfortable with. If it’s dealing with a bacterial infection iodine may help. Torches can be finicky and iodine is the only thing that has reversed issues for me. Iodine/saltwater to ice tea consistency for 3ish minutes and don’t rinse, just put it back.

Coral dip like revive saved my torch once. Looked like this but opened after the dip.
