Torch corals declining fast

I have these 3 torch corals that have all shriveled up over the past couple days. One started coming off the skeleton, I dipped it in Revive and it seemed to bounce back a little. The neon green one has an open mouth and some kind of black spots near it, I think it’s starting to rot. The third one is not extended but not nearly as bad as the other two. My nutrients have been low although pretty consistent. The rest of the tank is fine as far as I could tell. The last pic is the first coral a couple days prior. Any suggestions would be appreciated. As we all know these are expensive corals!
ALK 8.7, Ca 438, Mg 1490, Nitrate 0.1, Phosphate 0.05, Salinity 35.0, temp 78.8.

When did you get them. What’s the lighting situation? Any other coral in the tank and how are they doing?

The tissue around the outside does appear to be receding badly.
Were these shipped like this? Or have they been in the tank for a while?

From what I can see at least 2 have no flesh band which then is basically open wound allowing bacteria, detritus, brittle stars / worms etc inside the coral causing stress and eventually infection.

Needs antibiotics and time to heal. Spot feedings. Low flow. Dips for pests.

I had been increasing the light via acclimation mode. I have 3x Kessil a360xe. I thought maybe overexposure however I have a 20-30 head hammer that sits right next to where these torches were, and that is doing well.
