Hi. Is my torch to late to save? If not shall I remove it?

Thanks

It is not too late to save but the flesh band is completely missing and it is in a weak/sensitive state

I would highly recommend a new dip product from joker corals called coral infection elimination

I wouldn't remove it just yet- I've recovered worse and had bailouts successfully grow into new colonies but as @Vintage reefer said, it's not happy. How successful you are is going to depend on identifying why it's ticked off.

Hmmm my KH was off but it’s now as it should be. Would that trigger it?

Kh swings can stress coral yes
Too low of lighting or not feeding enough can keep them in a starving state and more likely to be stressed from events.

KH swings certainly wouldn't help. I don't mean to be blunt or unhelpful but it could be anything- light, flow, water chemistry, coral warfare and/or pests should all be scrutinised.

Given is isn't completely retracted, I'd start with reviewing water chemistry (very low nitrates, phosphates and trace elements, particularly iodine, can cause torches to slowly decline IME), consider if it's possibly hosting pests and look at flow.

If you can provide some context with water parameters, light, flow and a brief history of how long you've had it, how it's behaved over time etc; that may help. I would suggest you don't change too much too quickly if the rest of the tank is happy though.
