Trapping a few fish

I have been trying to capture 2 damsels from my DT (so I can transfer to smaller tank) for a few days with no luck.. they are super quick and hide well.. any tips to catching these suckers?

Trout fly. Bend the barn down. Make sure to get one they uses like a #4 size hook.
