Travis’ Reef — Goodbye.. for now

Hey reef keepers. This past Saturday, I had the honor of shooting Travis’ (aka livinlocal’s) reef tank. Travis has grown some of these SPS colonies out for over 4 years!

And since Travis will be moving soon, all the corals in this tank went up for sale minutes after the photo shoot. This made it a somewhat emotional shoot for me. It was a real privilege to immortalize this masterpiece, and I wish him the best of luck on his next one.

As I edit these shots, I’ll post 1 or 2 images a day for the next couple weeks. Enjoy!

Thank you for coming over and shooting my tank!

It was pretty emotional for me as well, it still seems surreal but it’s the best for the situation right now. Once we move and settle in, I’ll be back in full force !
