I've had a pintail fairy wrasee in QT for 12 days. I did a round of Prazipro starting day 3. He was eating like a pig until yesterday, when he stopped eating and started "pacing" the tank, bumping into walls, etc.

What I am trying:
- metroplex bath in case of internal parasites
- buying some copepods to dose the QT tank and provide some enticing live food
- doing an extending lights out of 18 hrs to try to "reset" the fish as recommended by a friend.
- trying to feed food soaked in focus and metroplex
- considering moving him from the 13.5 gal QT to my 20 gal QT but I'm mindful of the stress too many changes will cause

Does anyone else have any good tips or tricks I could try?

You could try feeding every other day to see if he builds up an appetite. Maybe try Masstick. It works well for me with finicky wrasses and other fish. I like to mix mine with Selcon, Nutramar ova and oyster eggs. Some people swear by garlic. I've seen more fish turn down foods with garlic and never had any luck with it. Best of luck.
