Soon I'm going to want to transfer my 9" clam from the 30g to my new 75g ( it should love my new kessil 360s) but it has a few aptasia and those ichy stationary snails. I have been using seachem s reef dip which is iodine based. Is this safe? Any concerns? Thanks...

I would not dip a clam in anything but fresh water and then only to treat PMD. Manual removal or predator like a peppermint shrimp would be my advise. I received a clam recently that had an aiptasia and my peppermint took care of it the first night

I dipped 2 maximas 7 inches and 1 squamosa 5 in Bayers dip with a pump.
15-18 oz of bayer
3G of saltwater bucket
10 minutes.
Freshwater and toothbrush different bucket
10 minutes
Freshwater different bucket.
