Trident Calcium reading zero after 24hrs?

My question is simple, my Trident has been running for 24hrs now and my Cal reading is zero? My Alk reading is 7.65dKh and Mag is 1700. Looking for some direction on the calcium reading problem? I did check twice that the hose was not kinked and it looked good. My Cal fluid use level reads 86% so the test solution is being used to do the test but my device is not putting out any data? The reading window does tell me "Bad Cal range" not sure what this tells me?

It says BAD CA range
Did you calibrate unit ? If not- you get this error. Also assure lines to manifold have not popped off or line to bottle has fallen off the cap

Appreciate your quick reply. I was waiting to calibrate - was reading not to calibrate right away - so wait 24hrs plus then calibrate? I will check the hose as you mentioned to make sure it is connected securely. I will do the calibration this evening then.

If its already been sitting for 24 hours doing its thing, then yes you can run the calibration function with the white bottle of calibration fluid. But _only_ after you've followed all of the setup instructions and your trident has been set up for 24 hours as noted in the instructions.

I’m having the same problem. What was the resolution? How did it get fixed?
