Trident with DOS set up question

Happy Easter. Nothing better to do on Easter with Social Distancing in place than to tinker with the equipment. :)
I just set up my DOS to work with the Trident. It was quite easy...almost... too easy. ;Wideyed My question is, does activating the Trident to work with the DOS override the previous DOS program that was in place before I had the Trident?

As long as you picked that dosing head yes. You can also select your dosing head and it will show you the dose +/- 35%
