The leaking issues I heard of came from the seal of bulkhead with tank not the PVC plumbing. Guess they didn't put the seal on right or just didn't tighten it enough. Good to hear you didn't have issues with the bulkhead so I'm not going to look for another alternative vs the BRS that didn't fit. Thanks for the follow up and best of luck with your 150.

Oh okay. If you are worried, i filled up just the overflow box while having some drain pipes in. I was able to get almost to the top so i figure its about the same amount of pressure on the seals. The trick is not to mash it down. Snug and then just a bit with pliers. If its creaking and poping from screwing it on, Its too tight lol.

DIY Building update! Always trying to tinker and "improve"
Floating cannopy build!

1x12 pvc trim board for the wrap around face. And a couple 1x4 strips to sure it up.

This whole build is just to accommodate a pair of retrofit T5s. 60inch ATI True antic bulbs x2.

Hanging from the ceiling with some steel cable and eyelet bolts. I wish i couldve match the finish of the stand.
How does it look??

Livestock update!

Got a few more coral in the tank. The stuff i have had for a little dident die. So should be good?!? I ot a couple things, lets see what thrives and what doesn't. Not set on placement of stuff yet, the monti has grown around the edges!

2 new fish! Ruby long fin wrasse, and a leapard wrasse.

Sand bed is pretty deep, so lets not forget about the star of the show....
