Trochus snails spawning

So I just looked over at the tank and the water is milky cloudy — needless to say I freaked out. But no one inside looked stressed. Saw two Trochus snails at the water line on the glass and initially assumed they were trying to escape bad water. Then I looked closer and saw this:
