Currently dosing all for reef but it's raising my calc a little out of band... Are the tropic Marin a and k as good as red Sea color program? Seems like red Sea provides a few elements tropic Marin leaves out.

I currently use all for reef + red sea potassium but will likely switch to a plain potassium mix next time. I used the red sea one before, but D has things that don't seem to be used by much that I know of other than tunicates (vanadium). The red sea dosing method is nice (a ratio to calcium uptake) (edit I realized tropic marin is similar for this). I don't do water changes and all for reef has worked (with potassium dosing too) so far. Previously I did brs alk, red sea calcium, red sea potassium and iodine, and chaetogro.

Ya know... you can get straight up Potassium Chloride pellets that are LAB GRADE right off Amazon

Stuff I buy lab grade from Amazon
* potassium chloride
* iodine extract from sea kelp
* strontium
* lanthanum chloride

Cheaper than Reefing Bizs charge for the same chemical compounds

SeaKlear 90207 Halo Source 1040105 Commercial Strength Phosphate Remover Quart Bottle Spa Accessories

416ck3aAh0L._AC_SY780_.jpg

Product: 100% LaCl
in a very thick mixture

$45 for 32oz bottle

Reef dosing: only about 1-2ml MAX diluted in at least 2-3 gals of RODI and slowly dripped into skimmer throat over a couple days.

@Doctorgori

YOU GOTTA REMEMBER: the about bottle treats a 10,000 gallon swimming pool. Extremely potent but effective if you dilute it in micro amounts (like 1ml at a time majorly diluted in RODI)
