Trouble with yourfishstore.com

Has anyone else had a problem with www.yourfishstore.com? They messed up my shipment and won't answer phone or email. They owe me a substantial refund of over $375 and will not call me or email me or answer their phones. Once a week for over a month they say pick out a substitution and I do and then there is no answer. I have asked repeatedly for them to make it right. What should I do? I really don't want anything from them except a refund.

Did you use a credit card? If so I'd dispute that charge right now if I was you.
