Think they were originally 29.99 so 26.72 would be 10% less, it won't show additional in the cart because the list price was 10% less when added into the cart, whereas if you had a coupon it show in the summary

10% is applied off the coral not in cart, i went through manually and fixed any that I saw that had not been discounted
