Argh I want pulsing xenia but all I hear are complaints about it taking over tanks.

We recommend getting a rock that you can make an island with. This way once it starts growing off the rock you can very easily remove it and trim it back.

We ran ours at 100% intensity, but that is because we have to mount them high so that all of our farm guys can still work in the tanks regularly. We always recommend using a PAR meeter to see how much light your corals are really getting.
Ok thx, makes sense. Agree, my issue is I've been using the Seneye PAR meter and I'm suspect of its accuracy! Need to rent myself the 510 soon...

have you guys used Kessil lights in your farm? seem most coral vendors now switch to Radion G5 Blue? Does G5 give better color, growth, less shadow... compared to Kessils? @TopShelfAquatics

We have one tank that has Kessils over it. We grow softies an LPS in that tank.
