Tube worm/fan like in coral

Attached video. I’ve got some sort of filter feeder poking in and out of the center of my candy coral. It appears like a tube worm, but isn’t round and spins like it’s looking around. Very strange. Wondering if any one can identify what it is.

you really can’t see any directionality on fan worms. Maybe vermetid snail?

it’s very hard to see in picture but it’s like a flat fan. But in the video it literally spins around like a periscope on a submarine.

Oh if it is flat, and looks around, then it is most likely a barnacle

It’s looks exactly like a barnacle, pretty sure that’s it! Thanks. According to some quick research looks like it shouldn’t harm my coral.

Yea barnacles are harmless. Haven’t seen too many last long either though.
