Tube worms

I have these webs in my tank and was told it was tube worms. Are they good or bad and if bad How do I get rid of them?

Do you have pictures? Might be vermatide snail.

That is an ACTUAL spaghetti worm (family Terebellidae). They make their tubes out of sand (and mucus) and have several white feeder tentacles. Generally don't irritate coral.

Vermetid snails do produce "webs" and have a hard, usually brown shell that can be spiral... Kind of like a pile of dog poo, lol. Those can irritate coral with their webs.
You might have both types in your tank...
