Tubing

I wanted to get some plastic tubing running from my overflow to my sump...does it matter what kind I get?

I just picked up nylon braided tubing because it doesn't kink. It's very durable. Although it's more expensive than regular tubing I think it's worth it

The thing I'm concerned about is the tubing leaching chemicals...that's why I wanted to be sure a specific kind wasn't necessary.

Tubing would be just fine......no leaching. You might also want to consider flex PVC....also called spa-flex. You can use standard PVC fittings and glue with this stuff.
