tumbling/rotating macro algae reactor

I am just thinking about building a tumbling/rotating macro algae reactor, out of acrylic...
(tunze mar like)
pumping from AIO filter to the reactor and directly to the return nuzzle... (for better copepod survival)

what do you think of this idea?

does someone already build something like this?
