I guess i will start out by saying i have been into saltwater fish and coral all my life upto and including owning my own pet store..Bonita Tropicals back in the day,,, by far my hardest job....i closed it after 2 years....My system:

200g in my fish room
200g sump with 110w uv, ev 2000 skimmer, 40g fuge in sump, 6' bio ball chamber, 3 x 7" socks and a phospan reactor.
250g frag tank in the garage were i do my fragging and when i get new polyps they sit in here where i can keep a watchful eye on them before putting them in my garden.
2 x 40g tanks plugged in above my frag tank for new fish or critters
wp 40s , and main pump barricuda hybrid
i run 2 x 250w HQI 20k deep blue one on my 200g and one on the 250g flat
i run 2 x 270w leds on the 200g
i run 5 x 120w leds on the 250g flat
i run 3 x 14w panoramas on the 2 x 40g
i do 110g water changes every week i do scripps water 3 weeks and i make 100g the 4th week so lucky to live in so-cal for that...
top offs with a 5 stage rodi system my level are aways consistan very little change in parameters.
my chiller is a little jerry rigged but i could'nt see spending $4000... so i bought a small refridgerator its filled with 100' of garden hose runs from a powerhead in the sump and controled by a temp switch and gauge.. my tank temp is at 75 at night and 76-77 during the day even on the 100 degree days....the whole system is plumbed together

i have 45 fish i know it a lot but my system is built to filter 2000g
