Tunze 3155 - 5000.020 Metering Pump

I have a Tunze Osmolator 3155 which works great, but the pump (5000.020 Metering pump) has a little hose adapter that slides onto the pump which gets brittle over time and cracks. Can I order some of the little hose adapters rather than replace the whole pump?

While I have seen a few crack, I have not had many of these and assume it is isolated and likely due to damage in shipping. Unfortunately, we buy this pump and the part comes with the pump, I sometimes have a loose one from a dead pump but I don't at this time.
