Tunze 6105 in AUS

Hi team. I have a Tunze 6105 that is just over a year old and has ceased operating. I've reached out to both Tunze and the Aus Distributer Aqua Blue twice with no response from either. Is Tunze still alive in Australia? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I would try calling AquaDepot, to my knowledge they are still the distributor.
