Hi, Everyone,

I currently have a profilux 4e and I'm controlling 3 tunze 6095s. I recently purchased a tunze wavebox 6208. I have it connected to the l1 channel via yl2 cable with a tunze 1 cable connected to the tunze controller. When I put the tunze wavebox into external control no matter what voltage (0-4 volts) I can't seem to get the pump to turn. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this problem? Is it possible to get the pump to work with a controller? What voltage should it be to work externally? I know for my 6095 they all worked at 1.95 volts but this one has me scratching my head.

If I get this wavebox working, I'm wondering what function I would run this in? It seems like stream channels may not be the correct setting as I don't see a wave action that is less then 1 second long.

Anyways, thanks everyone for your help.

Matt.

It might be way simpler to just run the box standalone and adjusting it from the tunze controller. If you go the p4 route you will have to set it up in pulse mode and tune the on/off seconds yourself. Also some pumps need more current than others to make them turn. Depending on what you have the 1-10v set at it might not turn on if your min-max is too low.

I run 2 6095’s and they don’t have the same min setting before they stop working

Yeah, that makes sense. I was I initially thinking of leaving it standalone so I could connect it to a battery back up just in case there is a power outage. I will probably go this route. It also appears that I was running the max voltage too low. I assumed it would run at 6.5 volts just like the 6095s. Thanks so much!
