I have just brought 2 x Tunze 6040's with the new 7020 controllers. Hooked them up to the cloud and all working fine. However, when I press the feed mode, the lights flash a bit but the pumps dont stop! When I switch the controller to Manual mode, the feed timer works. Is this a bug in the firmware?

When you have them set up on the cloud the foodtimer is a user setting, you need to set the duration and speed, for some applications you may want one pump on to circulate the food, so this changes the operation and you need to make these settings on Tunze HUB.

Thank you, I did not see that so will take another look, thank you

A real dumb question, where is the food timer settings in the Tunze HUB. I cannot find them anywhere! I have found a setting in the users profile section (which is a weird place to find them) and set it to 5 mins. However, the pumps does not stop when pressing the feed button but the feed light flashes

In your pump programming at the bottom.

THank you, I found that when I am viewing on the mobile but when on the web browser on a laptop, it does not seem to have the same view and it does not appear to be there.

Still I have it working now, thank you.

Great news, I took this screen shot now, but there is an icon that looks like a can of fish food that is used to set this
