So! I got a used jbj 45, but the skimmer from my old tank won't fit. So I bought a tunze 9004, seeing that people use them in aio tanks. Problem is.. It only fits facing the side of the tank, so the magnets to hold it have to be slightly submerged, the magnet looks like it SHOULD be fine to me.. But figured I should make sure. Will it be okay set up like this?

Do u have a pic of this?

This is what the magnet looks like. Can't currently get a Pic of it in my tank, it's not submerged, but it's definitely getting water on it at least, assuming I don't need to adjust the skimmer further down, since I'm trying to tune it in.

I have never had an issue with Tunze magnets in my AIO, some of them have been in there for years.
