first of all sorry if this in the wrong section

which one would be better for a 75 that I want to stock heavily(unsure of what I want to do yet but no tangs) and still go skimmerless

so which one would be better for ph and nutrient export?

for the sump i am doing a 40b(there will be a single baffle so stuff doesn't get in the return/feed pumps) with brightwell aquatics xport bricks, moani rock, sand?, various inverts(clams, other filter feeders, photo synthetic sponges?)

ATSs are better than macroalgae at nutrient reduction, and I'd assume they're better at keeping pH up too. My ATS keeps my nitrates and phosphates at 0, with the help of macro and seagrass in the display tank. I just decided to run the scrubber offline for a while to get the nutrients up.
