TUNZE osmo 3

Any ideas on what’s going on with my tunze osmo 3. I recently got my tank back online again after being down for the better part of 5 months but last night I installed my tunze 3 an it keeps on flashing orange Which if I’m not mistaken (I can’t seem to find my manual but orange) means the pump is running dry doesn’t it. But My ato Rez is completely full.
I don’t know what else to do but I’ve had it running for maybe 5 or 6 months max. Any ideas would be extremely appreciated

Reach out to Tunze if not resolved. Tunze has always been very receptive to trouble shooting ime.

I bet he didn’t have the power connection fully clicked in to the cable.

OK so that just happened to me, gotta make sure its pushed in all the way
