Tunze osmolator died?

I need to send my osmolator in to tunze to be fixed does anyone have the address

That address is correct, just be sure to include you return address and phone number on a note in the box with a brief description of the issue.

I tried the 9v to the pump wires and nothing happen is the pump covered under warranty
