Tunze scraper strength recommendation.

Hi all

Thinking about buying a Tunze scapper today wondering if anyone who owns one agrees with the magnet strength recommend for the given glass specs or regrets, not going stronger. Wondering if I should by accordingly. Of if I should go up one strength. My tank is custom built with 5/8 (.625) thick glass which puts its in the Care Strong range. So wondering if I should stick with this or go up to the Care strong+ If the magnetic strength isn’t really as strong as these ranges specify.

If anyone has concerns about stronger magnet risking damage. Curious to hear that as well.

Personally I'd go with the Care Magnet Strong+. This is what I use on my tank which is 3/4" thick. I've yet to have a single issue with any scratches or damage from the stainless steel blades on the scrapers (I use two).
