So i had my Tunze osmolator for less than a year, this weekend i noticed it wasn't functioning correctly. Pump will turn on but doesn't pump water through. Cleaned it out with vinegar and still not working. Called (Salty Supply) this morning to ask what i could do about getting a replacement. Chris that works at Salty Supply gave me the direct number to tunze customer service, within 30 minutes after i called Roger over at Tunze he returned the call just asking for an invoice to make sure it was still under warranty. Seriously impressed with the customer service Tunze provided me, i will be getting my new pump within the next few days. just thought i'd share a great experience i had with them!
