Two guys I'm not sure about

So these two things just showed up this morning, one looks like maybe a baby snail? The other is a group of clear white lines on the tank glass by my air flow pump, debating if I should get rid of them or not

What are they??? Lol

First images look a lot like Collinista snails. They have never been an issue for me.

Second looks like filaments of algae with detritus attached. Simple mag float will take care of algae growth.
