Two hitchhikers growing

I'm brand new to this hobby, and only got live rock into my aquarium last week. It looks like I have 2 different things growing on the rocks. On the image below, you can see several of these clear tube-like things that are curled at the base.

In the picture below, you can see a large grayish object that kind of looks like a shell. At the base it almost looks like it is attached by tiny spider webs.

Pics a little fuzzy but looks like both sponge and tube worms. Tube worms generally emit fan type head to capture food source

Looks like tube or spirobid worms (not sure if they are alive), could also be dead vermetid snails, and in the second photo, some sponges.
