My red brick has horns anyone seen this before?

I thought that but there has been new horns since I got it could it just branch like that ?
 
Those are vermitid snail tubes that the coral grows over. Vermitid multiply quickly and that is why your coral looks like that. If you want to get rid of those put a small dab of super glue on the tip. After a few weeks you can snap them off and the coral will grow over and won't look like that
 
I have many corals that have vermitid snail tubes on them. You really see them when encrusting corals grow over them.
