Thanks KJ. I Googled "Polychaete = Chaetopterid/Spinonid" and found this article. It's very clear that my worm has built its tube out of sand grains, so I think it is a Phyllochaetopterus.

Uh oh, I suspect this is not good, but please help me ID it...
