Unbinding Jecod doser 5.6

Picked up this six-head doser and it didn’t come with a manual. I can see it available in the Jebao Aqua app under Bluetooth but when I tried to add it, it says unable to because it is bound to another user. The guy I got it from says he never added it to any app. I can’t find a manual anywhere online for it. Anyone know how to do a reset on it?

Strangely enough it also appears as available under WiFi devices but won’t connect that way either. I don’t think WiFi was a feature on this even.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue with mine... I got a new phone... and it seems to have been binded to that phone
