Understanding apex alarm codes

I am having a hard time understanding my alarms.

I just got this one now. What happened?

Depends on what alarm it is. But usually it means whatever caused it to alarm is back to normal and the alarm is cancelled.

Did your power or internet turn off even for a second? Check your display by clicking the round button between the arrows 1 time. Now look where it says Apex Fusion: ( it should say Comm ok) Comm ok or comm down. If comm ok then it is running and communicating. If not it needs to be reset

I am not work so I am not sure what happened. My mom is home with the kids and I had her check the tanks and she said they are all running. She did mention a storm rolled thru so it is possible I lost power/internet.

When I get home tonight I will try the steps you mentioned @prsnlty to see what happened.

A lot of times when I lose power my Apex will come up before my modem. So every time I have to let the modem fully power on, unplug the Apex, plug it back in, log on to Fusion on my PC and then Fusion will work again on my iPhone.

So long story short, your Apex is powering on before your modem.
