Unique anthropoid with 12 legs

I have found these on the glass in my QT system. They appear to have 6 pairs of legs plus an additional pair of alendages that fold up under it “head” much like a praying mantis. Any body have an idea of what these are. And Good/Bad/Neutral.

Can’t seem to get any searches to even come close with the number of legs.

Looks like a munnid isopod.
That is definitely it. I was searching isopods, but it really only brings up one’s that look like rolly polly’s

Isopods can also be parasitic - perhaps not this one.
