Hey guys
Found this cool sea cucumber at my LFS, they didn’t know what it was so I bought it.
Looks to be a filter feeding type as it parked itself at the top of my rock work, I haven’t seen any feeding arms yet and the closest match I’ve found so far is Pachythyone Rubra.

Ohshimella castanea - it doesn't have a common name yet; Johan Bas is the only person who seems to have photos of them, but you can see the pics on iNaturalist.
Thank you so much, you really live up to your name LOL. Same family as Pachythyone Rubra too, I will post pictures if it decides to open up and start filter feeding!

Haha, happy to help - and please do! It's a rare cuke, so the more you can learn and share about it the better!

Hey, I just remembered I posted about this guy! It’s doing Well and have pictures and a video of it feeding. it’s been hard to capture since it only opens late at night and usually closes when I turn on the lights. I would describe it as a mini sea apple in terms of care and personality.

Don’t mind the aiptasia, I have an army of Berghia currently taking care of it!

Hopefully the video works.
