Need some guidance and or advice as to how to unload this tank.
I need to get to the cabinet parts which are under the display tank.
This is the Red Sea Reefer 3XL 900.

Any advice is appreciated.

Two people to lift each end and move it somewhere flat temporarily until the stand is up and ready for it. I would check to make sure there are not bulkheads installed in any bottom panels to ensure it can lay flat on the floor. If you need to help lifting it comfortably you can get suction cup handles that are very popular for moving large tanks.

Would it be safe to place on 2x4 to allow us to safely place it?

I guess I should have planned this better.
I let the excitement get the better of me.

That is a big, heavy tank. You might need four people to move it safely (thinking of both tank and people). Suction-cup handles work very well. Consider lifting the tank up, removing the panels, and then setting the tank back down on the pallet (five people).

Yeah I think this is the approach i will pursue.
Just phoned some buddies to come and rescue me. Guess that will have to wait until tomorrow.
